The UTE Part-Time Server/Bartender (Friday & Saturday Nights)
Are you passionate about craft beer, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and love providing exceptional service to guests of all ages? The UTE is looking for a Part-Time Server/Bartender to join our team on Friday and Saturday nights.
Beer Knowledge: You know your IPAs from your stouts and can confidently guide guests through our beer offerings. Adaptable Energy: Our space is dynamic and family-friendly. You’ll interact with adults and children, so a warm, professional, and flexible approach is key. Self-Starter: You’re confident working independently, managing your section or bar area with efficiency and attention to detail. This is a tiny team. We are looking for someone dependable and committed to working a consistent schedule. Fast-Paced Focus: You stay cool under pressure, multitask efficiently, and keep the good vibes flowing even during the busiest shifts.

What you'll be doing:
Serving and bartending with accuracy, speed, and friendliness Educating guests on our beer selections and answering menu questions Maintaining a clean, organized work environment Providing a welcoming experience for families and individuals alike
Requirements:
Prior bartending and serving experiencePl Strong beer knowledge or interest in learning quickly Availability Friday and Saturday nights every week Comfortable engaging with guests of all ages
Compensation
Colorado tipped hourly wage + tips (tips are paid out on a bi-weekly paycheck) Free CityROCK gym membership Discounts at The UTE and CityROCK
